These terms apply to your use of the InterviewAI website and app. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Preparation guidance only

InterviewAI generates practice questions, model answers, risk assessments and tips to help you prepare for a UKVI credibility interview. It is not legal or immigration advice. For advice about your application, speak to a qualified adviser.

No visa guarantee

Visa decisions are made by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) based on your individual circumstances. Using InterviewAI does not guarantee any outcome.

Not affiliated with UKVI

InterviewAI is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to UKVI, the Home Office or any university.

Answer truthfully

Model answers are examples to help you structure your own answers. Always give truthful, accurate answers in your interview and application. Never present information that isn't true.

AI-generated content

Reports are generated by an AI model and may contain mistakes, including about universities and courses. Check important facts against official sources such as your offer letter and your university's website.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Enter information about another person without their permission
  • Use the service to create false or misleading application material
  • Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service
  • Use automated means to send large numbers of requests

Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use InterviewAI.

Availability and price

InterviewAI is currently free and in beta. We may change, suspend or stop the service, or introduce paid plans, at any time. We'll update these terms before charging for anything.

Liability

InterviewAI is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including the outcome of any visa application or interview.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
