Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to the information you give InterviewAI. In short: there are no accounts and no database, and your details are used only to generate your report.
What you enter
To generate a report, you may enter:
- Personal details: full name, date of birth and nationality
- Academic background: previous qualification, gap years and work experience
- Course details: course, university, university website and intake
- Financial details: tuition fee, funding source, sponsor details and bank balance
- Immigration history: previous visa applications or refusals
- Documents: your offer letter and CV, as text or as PDF, DOCX, JPG or PNG files
How it is processed
Your details and documents are sent securely to our server, where documents are converted to text and combined into a request to Google's Gemini API. The generated report is sent back to your browser.
InterviewAI has no database and does not keep your details, documents or report after the request finishes. The report exists only in your browser tab; if you close or reload the page it is gone, so copy or save it if you want to keep it.
Third parties
We use Google's paid Gemini API to generate reports. Under Google's paid API terms, Google does not use your prompts or responses to improve its products. Google may process the data temporarily to provide the service and to detect abuse.
Our websites are hosted by a cloud provider that processes requests to deliver the pages and the app.
Cookies and analytics
This website and the app do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and do not track you across sites.
Contact form
If you send a message through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, the type of enquiry and your message by email. We use them only to reply to you and delete them when they're no longer needed.
Your rights
Under Nepal's Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018) and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Because we don't store report data, in most cases we hold nothing beyond contact form emails. Email ashish@interviewai.cc with any request.
Children
InterviewAI is intended for people aged 16 and over.
Changes
If we change how we process data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
